Built a multi-user contract sending system by connecting SignWell to GHL

Researched the best contract tools, picked SignWell as the most cost-effective option, and wired it into GHL so the entire team can send contracts without leaving the CRM.

The Problem

A real estate team needed to automate contract sending to multiple signers at once. GHL has native document signing, but it only supports automating contracts to a single signer — with multiple signers, it has to be done manually. For a team sending contracts that need both agent and client signatures, this was a bottleneck.

What I Built

Researched e-signature tools that support multi-signer automation via API, selected SignWell as the most cost-effective option, and connected it to GHL. Now any agent can trigger a contract from the CRM — the system sends it to all required signers automatically and updates the opportunity when everyone's signed.
