The Problem
Sales reps were spending 10-15 minutes manually researching every new lead — looking up their company, industry, and background before the first call. This research bottleneck slowed down speed-to-lead and meant reps often went into calls underprepared.
What I Built
A GHL workflow triggered on new lead creation that fires custom webhooks to Apollo for company data enrichment, then passes the raw data through ChatGPT to extract and format industry, company size, key details, and a tailored customer profile. The enriched data writes back to custom fields on the contact record automatically — zero manual steps.
