Built a full SMS subscription product — from brand positioning to Stripe billing
Owned the entire product: strategy, pricing, conversion funnel, 5 AI bots for two user tracks, and all the billing infrastructure. Audited the live product with real analytics, then redesigned everything based on data.

The Problem
An SMS-based AI companion for habit building and addiction recovery had been heavily built (61 workflows, 5 bots, 46 email templates) but barely activated — 78% of workflows were still in draft. The checkout had a 96% abandonment rate, the landing page had 6-28% scroll depth, and zero paying users after launch.
What I Built
Ran a full product audit using live GHL API data and Microsoft Clarity analytics. Redesigned the landing page from 12 sections to 3 screens based on actual scroll depth data. Compressed checkout from 7 fields to 3. Rewrote all bot prompts — reduced onboarding from 17 questions to 5, fixed a critical safety gap where crisis escalation workflows didn't exist. Consolidated 4 brand personas to 2. Replaced fabricated stats with verifiable claims. Built the Stripe backend on Cloudflare Functions with gift purchasing and abandoned cart recovery.
